MASA offers a variety of traditional and non-traditional Empanadas. What began in 2014 as just a weekend food truck now includes a storefront location with carry-out / take-out & catering. MASA Empanadas are also available frozen in some local markets for you to take & bake or toss in the air fryer.

TRADITION

MASA is the culmination of Robert Carnoske’s 30 years of service industry experiences and deep family roots in Colombia. As a child Robert and his family would travel to Colombia to visit his mothers family every summer. Colombia is the home of so many unique and flavorful dishes but empanadas always stood out as a favorite street food.

TAKE & BAKE

We also sell our empanadas in vacuum sealed six packs. These can live in your freezer at home for those moments when you crave empanadas and don’t want to leave the house. They are perfect in the air fryer or your oven. We have instructions on the back of every package to guide you through the process.
